LA Career Pathways is an integral part of the LA County Strong Workforce Program, which spans all 19 community colleges in the region. The program is designed to assist low-wage workers and students who might not receive adequate support from the traditional education system. Our dedicated team of career pathways specialists and K-12 Program Coordinators collaborate to build new career pathways that offer access to various degrees, certificates, and potentially high-paying careers.
Our website provides access to a CTE Matrix search engine, where you can explore the range of programs available through our college partners. Additionally, the LA Career Finder tool offers assessments and quizzes to help users identify their interests and explore job opportunities. While primarily intended for high school and middle school students, these tools are available for anyone interested.
